You move in from day one. No deposit needed. The price you will pay is written into your Purchase Agreement, registered on your home's title, and protected by law. It cannot change, no matter what the market does.

Years 1 to 10
While you grow, we hold the line.
You pay a set monthly amount to live in your home, called occupancy contributions. Yearly increases are capped in your Purchase Agreement, so you always know what is coming. While you live there, we help you get ready for your mortgage, with a yearly check-in, coaching, and a community of people on the same path.

Year Ten
Buy your home at the price set on day one.
You get your mortgage and the home becomes yours. Any change in the property's value over the decade belongs to you. Ten years of on-time payments also makes you look strong to the bank.
